    Thumbs up Garrett Boost Advisor

If you haven't tried the Garrett Boost Advisor app for iPhone, iPad, Android, and the web, give it a shot. It's easy to use, plots compressor maps for you, and works quite well. You can do a more detailed analysis by hand, but the app makes things easy.

Damn I picked a GT4088 for a 3500 without that thing and it would appear I made that choice like a boss. haha.

Wonder if it has the VGT turbo I'm using?

Probably not. Garrett just gives their own compressor maps. Anything from Borg Warner, Holset, Mitsubishi, or Precision won't be in there.

    It's a Garrett OEM.

The hard part about the program is BSFC and VE numbers. They also don't allow selection of compression ratio and intercooler delta T. All things I'd calculate by hand (or via computer).

You can find the Borg Warner MatchBot application here:

Similar in concept to the Squirrel Performance site, but it has the Borg Warner compressor maps.

Thats pretty neat. Im using a Comp turbo GT35 with a billet wheel. (good for 70lb per min) The estimation given by the calculator wasn't too far off. It suggested a GT42R.
