This is why I was busy lately... Trying to clean up around the house, and get the legacy through emissions this week, so I had to swap the exhaust back to stock, (also repainting the aftermarket stuff) and I had to work on a friends beretta that NEEDED a sub frame badly. But on Sunday I went for a ride with the Legacy to see the snow and got hit with a big chunk from an overpass at about 80mph...

I had problems with the original glass company not being able to come out on Monday because of central CT gas shortages, after driving the car to work like this so I had to re-schedule with a place on the east side where we weren't affected by the storm. So really Tuesday sitting at home waiting for him to come was when I started to get more work done on the engine and hone it and everything.

    Forgot to add those pics...

    Cleaned and honed block.

    And teflon cam bearings installed.

Absolutely beautiful work. The hone job looks fantastic, the block looks new.

The type of build that fires up on the spot. Robert is gonna love it

Man, you got a wood stove..... Now I'm jealous. Nothing like cranking up the heat and knowing you don't have to pay a dime to any utility for it.

Someone dropped a big bag of stupid on Pittsburgh when they decided to plug up ALL the fireplaces in the region.

Well according to code I'm not allowed to have a wood stove in my garage since I can burn stuff like oily rags... Not that I ever do that... LOL But yeah I just put it in and said F-it, I don't feel like paying for a oil fired heater in a non insulated garage, I'd rather bust my ass cutting down trees for people to get the wood to heat my garage rather than watch bills float out the cracks of the garage.

There are laws around here banning use of wood fired water heaters during the spring summer and fall months... only allowed from like Sept to March or something like that. The air quality is shit right now in CT since so many are power less and heating with wood currently.... so I guess it is a good thing to regulate to an extent.

To an extent yeah, I agree.

Did you know it is illegal to collect and store rain water on your property? When I heard that, I was like Oh jeese.

Did I say wood stove? lol Ever see a rocket stove? They burn really clean.

I don't think its illegal in CT to do that... I've seen people in RI with gutter buckets to use as irrigation... I just put a small pump in my garage that's hooked up to a 90ft hose and goes into the book in my back yard... LOL once again probably another illegal setup but oh well who cares. HAHA

Yes Yes, I love pics of great quality work. Plus it looks like Jon has got a nice man cave to work in. As my Wife calls it.

I can't wait until I cam my turbo. Hoping for something intense but still DD streetable. I'll do whatever head mods needed to get a high RPM turbo.....mwa haaaa
