95 cutlass trailing arm mounts

ok just bought a 95 cutlass for $200 thinking of fixing it it only has 120k on it and is not in that bad shape except for the trailing arms have detached fromt he body of the car.

rest of the under side is not bad just the rear "frame" rails. would rebuilding the frame rails then welding trailing arm mounts from a 97-03 GP work? i have a GTX i am scrapping so i have plenty of metal
