Where is PE in BCFA?

I'm working on the tune on my 3900 fiero using a 9396 pcm and bcfa bin. I have the idle and overall driveability pretty good but can't find where to add fuel for wide open throttle. I tried adding to the main VE table and the VE adder table with no apparent changes. I think it's best I stop messing with things until I get a better handle on where WOT fuel is. Also I am battling a stumble off idle when cool. It doesn't stumble in open loop or when hot. Only that small window a couple blocks from my house in closed loop but engine temps are still low. Any help is appreciated.
