I just wanted to see if anyone has a 12589762 bin file that they have by chance pulled with their DHP. It is from a '04 Grand Am GT. I need one with a 'valid' VIN which I can change to my VIN in Tiny Tuners and reflash to my vehicle through my HPT.
The closest I can find posted on this site is a 12589763 bin from an Alero. I get an o/s mismatch error when I try to import a similar o/s with my VIN into HPT. I believe I just need the exact o/s for HPT to be happy (after of course changing to my VIN & PCM s/n in TT).
Unless there is someone in the SE MI area with DHP willing to help me pull my bin over a case of beer so I can modify the tables in TT and HPT is happy with the o/s & VIN pair?
Let's try this: Is there anyone in SE MI with DHP that can help my pull my stock bin? Maybe we can share some tuning ideas over a case of beer. I have HPT if you're interested in seeing how that's used.
I tried modifying a bin from a similar o/s bin but I can't get my HPT to 'accept' that bin.
