car has no power and popping noise! help with tune

having a drivability issue with my car.
engine specs.
3.1 block. .030 over with slightly higher cr pistons
ported 3.4 heads, intake, 3 angle valve job
comp cams 260 cam.
custom length pushrods, ls6 valve springs
ported exhaust manifolds.
65mm tb
22.5 multec 2 injectors
fuel pressure set at 55psi

thats pretty much all i can think of. basically whats happening is anytime i go half throttle it starts popping. wideband shows it going rich when this happens.
off the line and any fast throttle, it has no power. part throttle it goes ok, and pretty smooth, cruising on the highway the wb stays at 14.5 pretty much

for tune im running the nAst1 with a combo of stock bfuz with slight fuel and timing adjustments.



heres some videos of the noise. the exhaust loudness makes it hard to hear, inside the car the exhaust destroys the cameras mic so i cant get an inside shot.

im getting frustrated with this thing, lols its almost like when it switches into double fire mode its doing it, anything above 50%tps almost
