Help w/ DHP

Tonight I was trying to flash my PCM with a small change and my DHP and will not flash and it also cannot do a PCM read. It tries and just gives an error message about not being able connect, do you have the ignition on, etc. This is strange because it has no problem reading and clearing DTC's and it reads all the sensor data just fine so I'm not real sure what the problem could be. Any help is appreciated. Thanks,

I would start over and the first thing i would do is perform a Read PCM. If it wont work check the version you're using, the latest I believe is fully unlocked. Have you been tuning all along or are you just starting out?
