DHP power tuner software

i just picked up a DHP powertuner, and been waiting for the modrator on the forums to give me access to the downloads... been a few days, i wana get this stuff setup, does anyone have the software? i already got the bin files....

there was a thread that dealt with this very same problem, eventually someone got permission to have it hosted here, but i can't find either ATM.
