    Rear Disc questions, Conversion?

Hey guys, my sister bought a 00 grand prix with 80000 miles, 3.8 and even though it's not a 60 degree fam member, it seems to pretty close to how my 97 ltz is set up. My question is about her rear disc brakes. I've changed a lot of fronts but never the rears. I have the manual, but any tips or tricks? My main concern is the parking brake mechanism so if anyone has ideas lets hear it. Also, is there kits or anyway to convert my rear lumina drums to discs? I've been looking for a while and haven't found much. Thanks

the 96-99 MC Z34s had disks IIRC(95 did not), but i happen to like the 1.5W rear drums.

i believe all of the changes necessary are bolt-on modifications though, so at least no fabwork. member of w-body.com?
