Ordering Prothane Parts, need help

Ok so ive been wanting to poly everything so i searched for poly parts,
I decided to buy Prothane parts.

The only problem is that the websites that i found the parts i needed charge at least $7.50 PER item handling fee, anyone know a website that sells Prothane parts with no handling fee?
