i don't think i made another thread for combining $59 + another PCM/mask to control a trans that uses a PCS, but it seems someone already accomplished it.

they're using the 0E mask, which was originally intended for a 4L80E(1994 IIRC), but the E6(1993 4L60E), 0D(1994-1995 4L60E) and 31(1995 4L80E) masks were also used with that PCM. i don't know if there were any pinout changes, but if someone was interested, i could look them up.

Another option down this route is the 92-93 turbo diesel trucks have a PCM only transmission controller as the engine is mechanically injected.

$DF is no longer necessary for what i'll be needing, neither is $59 now...

however, if i ever do move up to a trans that uses a PCS, i'll have to see if anyone has done a decent hack of the 92-93 diesel stuff... IIRC, they all used 4L80E's? if so, wonderful, since those have always had an input speed sensor as well, whereas the 4L60E stuff did not(at least initially).

i do know that the 0E can be used if you mess with enough stuff though, i believe that's the 94-95 4L80E equipped truck mask.
