Mr. Orange.
I'd guess one could if they do custom stuff. Have them weld in an O2 bung where it Y's. Go with 2.5" exhaust and a high flow cat and a straight through muffler while you're at it....
Or you could put your O2 in the rear manifold but it would only read one bank.

It has a 6 month warrenty so everything best work heh. It was $550, it's from a 2004 Malibu with 10k miles.
I bought a project car to do it to, another 96 white GP, but a 2 door. So I have 2 96 white GP's in my driveway.
Right now I am preparing to get everything I need. Will order everything very soon from the store here that I need. Also figuring out what special tools I will need. So far I know a valve spring compressor, and some sort of valve air hold thing that goes in the spark plug holes to keep valves from falling in when the springs come off.
What size of air hold tool would I need for these heads? Any recommendations?
Thanks.

Ah so you are going with stiffer springs? Going to boost or cam it then?

Yes.
3900 adapter with 75mm throttle body from the Northstar
Cam (was suggested a 1393 grind for a DD)
External Crank Trigger
Custom Pushrods
COMP Cams Springs
Anyone have any info about getting this TB to work? As far as the IAC goes and the linkage. I know someone has done it/was going to and I can bolt it to the manifold with the 3900 adapter so it must be possible.

Tuning will be hell with that TB I bet. Will the 3900 adapter work on the 3500?

As someone has already aluded to, the Northstar throttle body will probably be overkill and may create problems without making an adjustment to slow the throttle opening rate. It's so large that you probably will reach full throttle air flow before the throttle is fully open as well as have difficulty taking off smoothly from a stop.
I started converting the 3500 TB to manual and got as far as installing an arm on it for the linkage but I had so much to do between mating up the 6 spd tranny and still having to add IAC & TPS to the TB that I took the easy way out and went with the parts you are contemplating however when it's finished on the stand the 3900 is going in its place.
I don't believe the TB plate is interchangeable across the 3900 & 3500, I'm not sure but I recall trying to mount my 3500 TB to the 3900 plate and it didn't match up, it's been a while.

CNCGuy is the one that told me that it would bolt onto the 3500, it has holes for both.
I agree that it COULD cause issues, but I don't believe it will be as bad as some think. People upgrade throttle bodies all of the time and they never have huge issues.
