is the gpio board going to just be an add-on board, or will it be a new base board?
im thinking about using one on my fiero project (3.4l camaro engine) running boost and NOS.

th gpio is an add on board designed to do things like transmission controll, abs, stability controll, body controll, basicly whatever you can dream up. they are also working on a router board, wich is an add on board for sequential fuel injection and full coil on plug ignition. eventualy the router board will be worked into a full computer, either called megasquirt 3 or ultra megasquirt.

if you are going to run nitrous and boost, look into megasquirt 2/extra code. they are working on getting the boost and nitrous controll integrated into it. if you go with a megasquirt 1/extra it already has all those fetures in the code and well proven. you do need to make some hardware changes to make it work though.
