    DIY Degree Wheel

    Originally from Machinery Cleanery, you can download the resized version for use on the DOHC timing gears here.

    It is easiest to print these out on CD labels and then to a CD you don't care about. They bolt right up to the cam gear using the stock bolt, and allow you to time the cams prcisely. Remember though, every degree on the cam is 2 on the crank, i.e. 6.5 degrees cam for 13 degrees crank.

    Additional note from RednBlackCutlass
    I used Project Sticker Paper (Wal-Mart), Resized to 4.625". Printed. Worked the same as the CD cover program. Also made another size, 6.5". Put it on cardboard. Works for crank timing.
