stock 3400 they should be same size all around, its only the m2 pencil injectors that have a smaller injector to intake o-ring...

Dont worry about color, I've seen blue, tan, black and red, for all the same application.

1988GTU: Upgrades.

340095Modified: Yeah mine were just different colors and I guess smashed different sizes from being in different spots. 3 Felpro o-ring kits and I'm good to go.

BTW, I took off that threaded coolant fitting, and was careful this time. The plastic pieces inside stayed intact. The plastic clips broke, but those don't really hold anything in place once the metal line is bolted to the head. You can get new plastic clips anyways, but not the plastic pieces inside for it.. Which they should offer a rebuild kit for it, instead of selling you the whole metal piece.. But anyways, I went to the hardware store and go a new o-ring for it and put it back together. 40 cents vs 8 bucks FTW!

yes it's always the o-ring alignment as far as how that bolt on the head is holding it, so yeah just make sure its sitting square when you tighten it down.

Mine o rings are the same color, but they are deffinatly different top to bottom. Top are thicker and bottom are thinner. Mine are fel-pro.
