i grew up in PAquetville, thats why i was asking... anyhow...

So what would i be looking if i was to do:

3500 head swap with 3500 intake (ported/polished)
65mm TB
Headers/full exhaust
under drive pulley
new cam (not to sure about what to go with so input on that would great too!)

Aside from doing that work, will i need to modify anything to make any of these fit? what accesories will be needed to install some of these items and a conservative guess in hp gain (considering that i will be rebuilding the engine, and also is it worth boring it out?) and one last thing, can the tranny handle this without a problem? (any 5 speed that would bolt on?)

if you look at ben's 3500 top end kit he ports out the 3400 uim and reuses that for easy instal but with a little extra work the 3500 one will work too
as for a cam take a look at the stage 2 N/A cam at least.boringout your block will not get cha big power so do it if it needs it and thats it.the trans should hold it a shift kit would help and a 5spd swap would be possible but would be verry involved i think the Z34 may have came with a 5spd and a couple of W body grand prix the trans is a (284 muncie) on from a j body may work too (282 muncie)

No problem. Ben and I are the owners of the site, and people either know us or get us confused. So its all good.

So basicly im better off just going with ported/polished 3400 heads and intake manifold sets then swapping to a 3500?

well the 3400 top end with port&polish will be good power can be made with that setup for sure.but there is alwayz a little bit more toget out of a 3500 top better desigin.but 220-250 hp can be made with the 3400 stuff and sence you already have it .it would save some $$$$
