finally got it running

i really dont post much here, but im always here watching. after 3 years i finally got my 3.4 running. P&P'ed irons and manifold, crane solid cam .493/.512 lift and 290*/300* advertised duration. 4.3 TB, stock manilogs and exhaust for now to pass emissions. break-in went well, needs tuning, i have to get the aldl cable to datalog but it fires right up and idles around 700 rpm.

I am amazed it idles with a cam like that. Should be a fun ride.

im thinking its because of all the backpressure from the stock exhaust. im going to un-cork it and see if it makes a difference

Hedman makes headers for a 2.8L S-10.

i took the muffler off, can hear the cam alot better.
