Finally finished

after months of not having any time at all to touch my motor, i got the 05 3500 heads and intakes finally ported and polished up. i also heavily modified the oil returns and polished the combustion chambers on the heads. i still have to get head studs and i should be ready to put the top end on the built short block. ive got ls7 titanium springs, titanium locks, and titanium retainers on their way so hopefully i can get this thing together! hopefully have some updates soon!

thanks guys, it is pretty hard to keep things consistant, but ive done a few sets of 3500 heads so i pretty much got it. i wish my camera worked, im using an old one, and its blurry as hell. 11's will make me happy, but im shooting for the imfamous 10.999!

you'll get 11's, but it will take A LOT more to get low 11's. traction is the biggest issue.

what titanium springs are you running...cuz the stockers are def not titanium. also they are made to be installed at a 1.96 height...any of the LS7 springs are anyway, and those will be very heavy on the seat at a 1.7 of a stock valve plus that would kill the coil bind...max lift on the stockers are .600 that goes from 1.960 to 1.368...but the V6 heads go from 1.7 down to 1.26 stock...you are prob going to run into coil bind issues if you use published specs...i would measure them first

i might have to check install heights once i get them. im pretty confident on getting the times in the low 11's with slicks and the staged boost controllers ive got for it. i just got the trans back together this weekend as well, got the lsd swapped out of my gtz geared 282 into a stock v6 geared 282. got the trans cleaned down to the case and got it shot in flat black.
