Arrow '96 3.4 DOHC Engine swap kit for Fiero - $800

Posted on PFF here:

http://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum4/HTML/036733.html

Once upon a time in a far away land I thought I wanted to do a 3.4 DOHC swap into my Fiero. I bought a bunch of parts near a friend's house in PA, then life stuff happened and somehow I ended up in OR and the engine is still in PA, meanwhile I've opted not to use the 3.4 DOHC. My buddy is hassling me to get rid of the thing, so it's time to part ways...you know, the old "my loss is your gain" shpeel.

So, here's what I've got:

'96 3.4 DOHC from Monte Carlo, complete minus exhaust, pulled from wrecked car with 26k miles
'88 V6 Fiero flywheel (neutral balance, required for 3.4 DOHC into Fiero w/ manual trans)
Centerforce Dual Friction clutch set for V6 Fiero
ECM w/ appropriate PROM in sealed package
3/8" header flanges made for 3.4 DOHC (laser cut, I believe)
Front engine mount for '88 Fiero V6 (mates DOHC to 88 Fiero cradle)

The whole setup is in Greenville, PA. The engine has never been stored outdoors (stored in the garage), and the rest has been stored in the house safe and sound. There are no known issues with any of the parts, when I bought them I had full intentions of bolting it all into the Fiero and using it in a track-day car. It's really a great swap as far as effort, time, and money goes for the power gain, IMO. Hopefully somebody with less time and money that's looking for a good bump from the stock 2.8 can put this to use. I paid about $1500 for the whole setup, so I'm basically offering this at half price because it's not serving me any purpose and I just want to get rid of it. Please, somebody put this to use.

PM me on PFF or email me at nashco@hotmail.com for more info or offers. Thanks gang!

Are you parting this out at all.

As in the Clutch? And would this fit a 92 Cavalier?

I don't want to part this out, I could make a lot more money off this if I wanted to part it out, I just don't want to hassle with it. Thanks for asking.

Well, I've had several interested people but nobody has bucked up yet, you know how the old saying about how cash talks. So, I'm open to offers for people who want to split up the package. A few of you had emailed me about getting the engine, clutch, etc. without getting the whole package, so if you're still interested shoot me another message and we'll figure something out for pricing.

Identity Crisis: This clutch will fit a '92 Cavalier V6 according to Centerforce's website. I'm no Cavalier expert, but my understanding is that car came with the Getrag 282 and same block as the Fiero, so it makes sense that it would be the same part number for both applications.
