http://videos.streetfire.net/video/I...00Z_195986.htm

yes, i know the burnout sounded weak but it was in 2nd gear and i didn't want to break my CV's when the tires hit dry ground. :P

Not my fastest run but in-car videos are fun.

Yeah he burned a custom chip for it or used the real time emulator.

he has lots of porting, a big cam, and self made long tube headers. Dual exhaust currently.

Bogging? that's the slicks gripping after a 3500-4K RPM launch.. hehe

I shift between 6500 and 6700 RPM, it's probbaly closer to 280 WHP now that i got some tuning problems worked out. If there is a V6 bash next year i'll put it on the dyno again. Untill then i'm just happy that it's still running..

yeah, it sounds like you ease the clutch out, then the rpm comes down. just sounds like it's struggling, then the cam comes on. i love the vid!! can't....stop....watching.....!!!!

remember, the 275 rating was with the other tranny FDR. that swap is a great example that a lower ratio may not make you go faster. for you, it was the opposite. you should lose the hp rating with the higher FDR. it'll be interesting to see what you end up with.
