You can do it with the sort function. Just make sure that the 4 columns that you want are next to each other.
If you have it like you mentioned, RPM,MAP,TPS,AFR, select across the top (ie drag from A to D or C to F) to get all 4 columns the whole length of the sheet, then select sort. I have Excel 2007 so it's under the data tab. I don't remember where it is in 2003. If you have you columns labeled at the top, it will say sort by: and there is a drop down menu, pick rpm or the column label that represents rpm, and all 4 columns will be sorted by rpm, and each row will stay with it's respective rpm.
