3500 Throttle Body Pinout

Does anyone happen to have a manual detailing the pinout on the electronic throttle body for the 3500? As in what wires are what? I'm going to assume 3 are for the TPS built in, but what are the other 10 for?

The colors are:
Top row: tan, purple, light blue, brown, white, tan, black/white
Bottom row: dark blue, brown, white/black, orange/black, black/white, pink/black

Anyone have any deatils on how it's wired up? Does it all go stright to the 3500 ECM? Or does some of it pass through another control module?

No one has a 3500 manual that shows the pinout and which wires connect to the ECM? Are the haynes manuals not out yet for 3500 cars?

Thanks for that tip. I need to figure out why the link to the file isn't working...

The mustang shot, I thought I'd take that jab upon finding his personal e-address to send the file.

whoe...awesome. Thanks, you guys!

So...it's a little more intense than I thought it might be. I was reading this write-up:
http://www.picotech.com/auto/applica...e_control.html

So I was figuring it had a TPS sensor(which I can see molded into the plastic housing of the throttle body) and figured 3 wires went to that, and then since the motor is a servo motor and most servo motors have 3 wires I figured another 3 from that...but that's only 6 wires and this thing has 13.

But now I see...the pedal connects its two position sensors directly to it and the control module figures out its own stuff. And I guess it also has a built-in cruise control hince the speedo signal and the brake light signal? Or maybe that's something different and it just behaves differently depending on these signals...IE closes throttle body if you go over the speed limiter, not sure why it would do anything different with the brakes on...you think you could still rev the engine if in neutral with the brakes on.

As for the serial connection...I guess that's something for the CAN interface(controller-area network)? And maybe it reports the built in TPS signal through that? Because I don't see any other lines that go to the PCM for the TPS signal. Maybe it just uses it internally for controlling the throttle plate?

Yeah, most of us tossed the idea of trying to figure it out a long time ago realizing it's an impossible piece of equipment unless you install the matching ECM and gas pedal, and dash gauges and probable BCM and etc...

Yea...I list my email on my old website...it's the one I don't mind all the junk going to.
But in this case it wasn't junk!
