    CLOSING UP
    Place gasket onto transmission. Make one last check of wiring, bolts, confirm cover is as clean as possible and slip inside wheel opening and onto transmission.

    Check the gasket is aligned correctly between case and cover. You may want to put anti-seize compound on the threads of the Torx bolts. Begin installing bolts and tighten all (even the Torx bolts) to 18 ft-lb/25 Nm.

    Attach engine mount bracket to cover. Torque to ? 35 ft-lb is used for other bolts, Haynes says 70 ft-lb. Seriously?
